Four 3D Residential Floor Plans

I need four separate 3-D floor-plan visuals for a large multi-level residence that totals well over 4,500 sq ft and spans at least three floors. Each plan should read clearly to a non-technical homeowner, showing wall placement, room names, basic furniture blocks and circulation, yet remain architect-grade so the contractor can reference dimensions if needed.

I will supply the existing 2-D drawings and any site photos right after kickoff. From those, please model the building and deliver four high-resolution perspective renders—one for each floor I specify—along with editable source files (SketchUp) so minor tweaks are easy later.

Accuracy to the original layout and a clean, consistent graphic style are the main acceptance criteria.
