3D Floorplan & Cabling Design

Attached some pencil sketches and the beginnings of plans. I will provide more photos and instructions to be completed.

I need a detailed 3-D floorplan that shows how a built-in conference bench with under-seat storage ties directly into a small AV production office. The AV space handles sound mixing, DJ booth duties, video editing and even a podcast setup, so the layout has to flow cleanly for both people and cables.

The model should clearly show:
• The exact bench dimensions and hidden storage compartments.
• Shelving inside the AV room sized for mixers, turntables, edit stations and microphones.
• A separate, annotated cable diagram that traces every run from the conference table ports to racks, monitors and speakers.

Final deliverables:
1. Fully rendered 3-D floorplan (preferred formats: SketchUp, Revit, or DWG) with textures and measurements.
2. A flattened PDF/PNG version for quick reference.
3. Layered cable-routing schematic with labels and legend.
4. All source files so we can tweak furniture or gear positions later.

If you have experience blending workspace ergonomics with technical wiring requirements, this should be a quick, satisfying project.
