3-Floor Villa 3D Conversion

I already have the full 2D drawings for a three-storey villa and now need them brought to life as a single, coherent 3D floor-plan model. Every room—living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, service zones, even circulation spaces—should appear with equal care, dressed in realistic materials, furniture, textures and convincing lighting so that the final renders feel walkthrough-ready.

You may work in whichever professional tool you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.); what matters most is fidelity to the original dimensions and a polished, photoreal finish.

Deliverables
• A separate, fully textured 3D floor-plan model for each of the three levels
• High-resolution still renders (top-down and at least two oblique angles per floor)
• Native project files so I can make minor tweaks later if needed

Acceptance criteria: dimensions must match the supplied 2D plans, all rooms are furnished and lit consistently, and the final images are render-quality suitable for client presentation.
