I’m looking for a skilled 3D CAD designer or architectural visualizer to create a realistic 3D floor plan for a residential or commercial property. The project requires quick turnaround (within 3 days) while maintaining high accuracy, clean modeling, and professional presentation quality.
You will receive sketches, measurements, or 2D layouts as a reference to develop the 3D model and produce high-quality renders or visual walkthroughs of the space.

• Create a 3D floor plan based on provided sketches, dimensions, or 2D drawings.
• Accurately represent walls, windows, doors, furniture, and materials.
• Apply basic textures, lighting, and realistic materials for a polished look.
• Deliver both the 3D model file and rendered images (high-resolution).
• Up to 1–2 rounds of revisions based on feedback.
