FiveM Server 3D Prop Designer Needed

We are looking for an experienced 3D artist to create various custom props for our FiveM server.

The work may include:

Custom roleplay items
Packaging, bags, boxes and containers
Contraband-themed roleplay props
Fictional substance packaging and related objects
Tools, equipment and environmental props
Small furniture and decorative objects
Other custom server assets

Requirements:

Strong skills in Blender or 3ds Max
Previous experience creating assets for GTA V or FiveM
Knowledge of GTA V formats and the FiveM asset workflow
Ability to create optimized, game-ready models
Experience with textures, materials, collisions and LODs
Ability to provide source files and exported FiveM-ready files
Good communication and ability to follow references

We are looking for someone for ongoing work, not just a single project. There will be many different props required over time.

Please do not apply if you only create renders and do not have experience exporting functional assets for GTA V or FiveM.
