Five-Minute Realistic 3D Video

I need a complete, five-minute 3D video created in a realistic style for an educational topic. You will receive my full voice-over file plus a reference video; your task is to match the pacing of the narration while faithfully recreating the key elements I like from the sample—its characters, the overall environment, and the signature camera angles that give it a dynamic, immersive feel.

From concept blocking through final render, please handle modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and sound sync so the finished piece is ready to publish the moment I approve it. I am open to suggestions that improve clarity or engagement, as long as we keep the look grounded and believable.
