Conceptual Design of a Fire & Rescue Training Facility

I am looking for an architect, 3D designer, or industrial designer to create a conceptual master plan for a Fire & Rescue Training Facility.

The purpose of this project is to produce a professional visual presentation for a government planning application. This is not a construction project or detailed architectural design.

Project Scope

- Design of a training facility on a 17,000 m² site.
- The entire facility will be designed using 40-foot and 20-foot shipping containers.
- Buildings will be simple and modular, with basic exterior design only.
- No interior design or detailed floor plans are required.
- Organize the site into different operational training areas.
- Include roads, parking areas, pedestrian circulation and access points.
- Create a clean, realistic and professional layout suitable for presentations.

- Site boundary and dimensions.
- A preliminary layout showing the desired location of each training area.
- Reference images of similar fire training facilities.
- Continuous feedback throughout the project.

The objective is to create a professional conceptual design that clearly demonstrates the future potential of the training center for government authorities and strategic partners.
