Fast-Food Restaurant 2D/3D Design in Bangalore

Job ID: 40547100

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m developing a new fast-food outlet on an open plot and need a full set of drawings that turn the concept into something I can hand straight to my local authorities and contractors. The look I’m after is distinctly retro and nostalgic—think polished chrome, bold colours and classic signage—but executed with today’s building codes and customer flow in mind.

Key functional features are non-negotiable: a smooth drive-through loop with proper queuing space, covered outdoor seating for casual diners, and a safe, engaging play area that still fits the overall aesthetic. I’ll rely on you to balance those elements with efficient kitchen and service layouts, parking, and clear pedestrian routes.

Deliverables I expect:
• 2D site plan, floor plans and elevations in DWG/PDF
• 3D model and rendered visuals that showcase the retro theme, lighting and material palette
• Mild-steel (MS) structural framing drawings and basic load calculations coordinated with the architectural set
• A coordinated services layout (at schematic level) so HVAC, plumbing and electrical line up with the structure
• At least two revision rounds once I review initial drafts

If you routinely work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or 3ds Max—and can demonstrate previous quick-service or small-format restaurant projects—your proposal will stand out. Timely communication and the ability to meet agreed milestones will be just as important as design flair.
