Farmhouse Interior 3D Rendering

I have a fully dimensioned first-floor plan ready in both PDF and DWG, plus a small set of reference photos that capture the mood I’m after. Your task is to turn that paperwork into a photorealistic American-farmhouse interior: warm neutrals, shiplap or board-and-batten walls, rustic timber details, and an airy feel filled with natural light.

Starting from the plan, model the space to scale, develop finishes, pick furniture and fixtures that fit the modern-classic farmhouse vibe, light the scene convincingly, and render it so every texture reads as authentic wood, fabric, or metal. I care most about believable materials, balanced composition, and accurate proportions, so please keep those front-of-mind. In your proposal, let me know which toolchain you prefer—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or another—and give me a sentence or two about your workflow from import to final render.

Deliverables
• Native 3D file in your chosen software
• Minimum two 4K still renders from distinct camera angles
• One round of minor revisions after the first draft for colour, material, or furniture tweaks
