Fan Blade Coveralls Prototype Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My invention—a set of Contractor / Painters “Fan & Blade Cover Alls”—is ready to move from concept sketches to something I can hold in my hands. I now need a partner who can take me through every design stage, from the very first layout to a production-ready prototype.
Scope of work
• Initial drawings that capture the overall form factor and how the covers fit onto common ceiling and box fans.
• Detailed technical drawings with precise dimensions, tolerances and material callouts so a fabricator knows exactly what to produce.
• A fully finished prototype that proves both the look and the rugged durability I’m after—design and durability go hand in hand for this product.
Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings are delivered in an editable CAD format (STEP or DWG preferred) plus PDFs for quick view.
2. The prototype demonstrates secure attachment to fan housings without interfering with airflow.
3. Materials chosen withstand typical contractor and painting environments (overspray, dust, frequent cleaning).
If you’re comfortable moving seamlessly from CAD to a physical prototype—and have a sharp eye for practical, durable design—let’s bring these Cover Alls to life.
