Here’s what I need from you: rethink the façade materials and colour palette, propose a grander entrance, redesign the external stairs, and suggest any other tasteful exterior enhancements that could lift the overall street presence. Feel free to play with textures, cladding systems, accent details, and lighting concepts as long as they remain build-able within a conventional construction budget.
The deliverable should be a concise exterior design package that includes:
• Two or three concept renderings or annotated elevations showing your ideas in context
• A materials & finishes board with manufacturer names or equivalent references
• A short written rationale that explains how the new entrance and stair configuration tie visually and functionally into the rest of the building
