3D Extension & Garage Drawings
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I want to visualise and document a rear extension, side-attached garage and new porch for my three-bed bungalow in Wicklow. Because I have no existing CAD plans, the job begins with you measuring up the original house (or working from my notes and photos if a site visit is impossible) and producing accurate floor plans and elevations from scratch.
Once the base model is agreed, I need a traditional-style design drawn up for:
• a rear addition under 40 m² that gives me a larger kitchen, a new bathroom and a utility room,
• a 25 m² garage joined to the house that can be converted to a living room later,
• a front porch.
The 3D package must show a detailed layout, complete with fixtures, fittings and clear dimensions so my builder can price and build without seeking planning permission. Renders that convey rooflines, external finishes and how the new pieces knit into the existing bungalow are essential, along with printable PDFs and the editable source file (SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD or similar).
I have sketches of the spaces in mind and rough dimensions ready to share, and I can turn around feedback quickly. My decision will rest on the clarity of your past residential work, your grasp of Irish building norms and how smoothly we can iterate to a finished set of drawings within my fixed budget.
