Experienced Interior Designer Needed

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer for our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should be able to create functional, modern, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces while optimizing layout, materials, and design efficiency.

Scope of Work:

* Interior space planning and layout design
* 2D and 3D interior design concepts
* Material, color, and finish selection
* Lighting design and furniture placement
* Kitchen, bathroom, living area, and office design
* Elevations and detailed interior drawings
* Coordination with architectural and MEP plans
* Design revisions based on project requirements

Requirements:

* Proven experience in interior design projects
* Strong portfolio of residential and/or commercial work
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software
* Ability to deliver high-quality renderings and detailed plans
* Good communication and timely project delivery
