Exhibition Stand Layout Redesign

I already have a complete exhibition-stand drawing; however, the booth structure needs to be re-worked so the space feels more open and visitor-friendly. The overall style can stay as is—I mainly need fresh thinking on the layout rather than a full aesthetic overhaul.

You will receive the current plan in its original file format along with notes on traffic flow, structural limits, and stand regulations from the venue. From there, I’d like you to adjust wall positions, entry points, and structural elements so the booth footprint is used more efficiently and our products remain highly visible.

Key deliverables
• Revised stand drawing showing the new booth structure (source file + PDF)
• Quick 3-D or isometric visual so stakeholders can understand the new layout at a glance
• Dimensioning that matches venue guidelines and my supplied measurements

Once the updated drawing meets the brief, I’ll handle graphics and finishes separately. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or a comparable tool will make collaboration smoother, but any software that exports clean DWG or PDF files is fine.
