Event Site SketchUp Model

The task is to turn my annotated site images into a single SketchUp model that shows our temporary outdoor event layout. I’ll send you image files marked up with exact dimensions for the garden beds, stage platform, scaffold towers and the spans of truss + wire that run between those towers.

Moderate detail is all that’s needed: clean geometry, accurate heights and footprints, a few representative textures (grass, timber decking, aluminium scaffold) and basic entourage so the team can understand flow and sight-lines. No photoreal rendering or elaborate landscaping—just a clear, correctly scaled .skp file ready for internal review.

Deliverables
• One fully layered SketchUp model (.skp) built to the dimensions supplied
• A brief text summary noting any assumptions made or dimensions that required interpretation
