Event Announcement Banner Ads Design

I'm looking for a talented designer to create some banner ads for me.
Requirements:
- The banner ads should be sized 1080x1920 pixels as well as 1920x1080 pixels.
- The primary purpose of these banner ads will be to announce an event.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in graphic design, specifically for banner ads.
- Previous experience designing event announcement ads is a plus.
- Ability to create eye-catching, professional-quality designs.
The attached files are old promotions for the casino. We need 5 new files to correspond with the new promotions we are running.
