Electric Dirt Bike Guard CAD

I need three to five plastic frame guards drafted for injection molding so I can offer glossy black protection panels for several electric dirt-bike models. The goal is to receive production-ready STEP and STL files that any mold shop can use without further edits.

Because the bikes vary and I don’t yet have precise frame measurements, I’ll rely on you to walk me through a quick, accurate measuring routine—calipers, photo angles, reference points, whatever you recommend—so we can lock down the critical dimensions fast.

Deliverables
• 3–5 guard geometries covering the different bike frames
• Manufacturable CAD files (STEP + STL) with draft angles and uniform wall thickness suitable for standard injection-mold tooling
• A brief spec sheet noting material, gate placement suggestions, and mounting points

I’m only looking for smooth, gloss-black surfaces—no logos, patterns, or special textures—so please keep the geometry clean and mold-friendly. Let me know exactly which photos, measurements, or reference parts you’ll need, your preferred CAD platform (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.), and an estimated turnaround once you have the data.
