Educational Robot Design Improvement

We have developed a 3R SCARA-type educational robot powered by 3× Dynamixel XL330-M288-T servomotors.
Our initial prototype was fabricated using 3D-printed components, and after successful testing, the system has been proven to work reliably.
The robot is designed to function as a Carrom-playing bot, with a maximum reach radius of ~22 cm. The arena is constructed from acrylic sheets, giving the product a premium feel for end customers.
Now, we aim to move beyond prototyping and improve the overall industrial design by focusing on the following key aspects:
Aesthetic Upgradation → A sleek, compact, and modern look suited for educational robotics kits.
Robust Construction → Replace 3D-printed parts with durable, production-ready materials.
Wire & Hardware Management → Concealed motor wiring, tidy cable routing, and integrated hardware enclosures for safety and visual appeal.
Premium User Experience → A professional finish to match the premium acrylic arena, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
