Educational Robot CAD Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m developing a small, hands-on educational robot and need a skilled CAD designer to translate my concept into detailed, build-ready models. The immediate focus is the full body structure: an attractive yet sturdy plastic shell that can be 3D-printed or injection-moulded later, plus internal mounting points for boards, micro-servos and sensors I will specify during our collaboration.
Your job is to take my sketches and dimensions, iterate the external styling, plan simple snap-fit or screw-together joints, and optimise wall thickness so the parts remain lightweight without sacrificing durability. Native files in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 along with STEP exports and basic exploded views will be the required deliverables.
I value clear communication, quick turnarounds on revisions, and manufacturability insight. If you’ve designed enclosures for educational kits or DIY robots before, please share examples and outline your typical workflow so we can get started right away.
