Editable Backyard 3D Render
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m redesigning my residential backyard and need an editable 3-D model we can keep refining over roughly the next three months. I will provide high-resolution drone photos and video, Google Maps references, and full site measurements so you can rebuild the space to scale.
Spanish speaking preferred.
Scope of the base model
• Recreate the entire yard, with the pool and integrated jacuzzi treated as the most precise, fully detailed elements.
• Add a BBQ zone under a pergola, a driveway extension that reaches the alley, and an electric fence at the rear boundary.
Level of finish
Intermediate detail is plenty—clean geometry, believable materials, and lighting good enough for clients and contractors to understand spatial relationships without going overboard on photorealism.
Workflow & revisions
Because the design will evolve weekly, the file must stay flexible. If you prefer live-update environments such as SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Revit, that’s perfect—just confirm which one you’ll use. We’ll begin with the base model, then schedule regular check-ins so tweaks can be made in real time; clear version control is a must.
Deliverables
1. Native editable project file (SKP, RVT, or comparable)
2. Universal export (FBX or OBJ)
3. High-resolution stills of key views plus a short fly-through clip
When you reply, please outline:
• Estimated cost for the initial render and for subsequent revisions or milestones
• Timeline from kickoff to first draft
• Your method for handling feedback and live sessions
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner and will be available daily for quick clarifications. Let’s bring this backyard to life.
