Edit The Mandible DICOM Slices Before The STL Conversion

I have a full-arch CBCT study exported from CS 3D Imaging Light as DICOM slices. Your task is to open the stack in CS 3D Imaging Light or 3D Slicer, isolate only the mandibular anatomy, and hand back the new DICOM and STL.
The software CS 3D Imaging Light is licensed, but the 3D Slicer software are free.
Scope
• Segment the entire mandible slices — no maxillary slices data should remain.
• Choose high resolution so the before the file converted to STL and print-ready for a physical model.
Deliverable
• One high-quality STL of the segmentation of the mandible, oriented in precise anatomical position and cleared of artefacts or stray voxels. A team working with 3D printer for teeth will import it into the 3D printer; if it loads without errors and the cortical outline is intact, the job is done.
