Eclectic Boho Boutique Layout Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking a highly creative and skilled designer to design a medium-sized boutique with an eclectic, boho, and whimsy theme.
Background: I am moving my current boutique doubling in space. This is a women's clothing boutique. Currently my space is too cramped so I am unable to display properly. In need of a layout design for a rectangular space - with colors, flooring suggestions, stock room, shoe display etc. I want to use some of my existing fixtures. I am after an upscale, fun, trendy, boho type of look that will display the clothing properly
The space is 130 in the diagram. The landlord is replacing the drop ceiling (don't like but $$$ to take out) and will lift it as much as possible. I can have a small allowance for the tiles to do as I please. He is also giving me his lighting allowance.
Key elements:
• The design should strike a balance between white and wood colors, aiming to achieve a timeless aesthetic.
• Creativity is paramount, as the design should embody the uniqueness and artistic flair associated with the boho and whimsy style.
• I would prefer an experienced professional who understands space utilization for commercial areas, especially for retail boutique spaces.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in interior design software for accurate and detailed drafting
• Experience in retail space design, particularly in boutiques
• Understanding of color theory, capable of creating a color palette that achieves the intended aesthetics
• Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into functional designs
• Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly design is a bonus
