I need a detailed 3-dimensional CAD model of an eccentric draft tube for a hydro turbine. The focus is on accurate geometry that can later feed into CFD and structural checks, so internal flow surfaces and wall thicknesses must follow typical hydro-mechanical guidelines.

Scope
• Model the complete draft-tube shape, inlet to outlet, with all eccentric transitions.
• Integrate flanges, inspection ports, and anchoring pads where they naturally occur on this kind of component.
• Deliver a clean PDF drawing set (plan, sections, key dimensions) ready for review.
• Supply the native CAD source files alongside the PDF so I can edit or export them as needed.

Tool preference
The final output must open cleanly as a PDF. I am flexible on which CAD platform you use—as long as you can also share the editable source files in that native format.

Acceptance
The geometry should be watertight, dimensionally consistent, and organized in clearly named layers or feature trees. I will verify by opening the model, checking major dimensions, and reviewing the PDF sheets.
