East-Facing Duplex Plan & 3D
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I have a 30 ft × 72 ft east-facing plot and need a full set of drawings for a contemporary-style duplex. The design must make the most of the site while staying true to modern Indian living patterns.
Key spatial brief
• 4 bedrooms in total, supported by one dedicated home-theatre room and a separate pooja room.
• Extra spaces I definitely want:
– Study room
– Compact home gym
– Rooftop terrace with provision for light landscaping or a small seating deck.
Scope of work
I’m expecting a turnkey drawing package—architectural, structural and MEP—along with photorealistic 3D exteriors and a couple of interior views that clearly show material choices. Floor-by-floor plans should include dimensioned layouts, furniture placement, door–window schedules, column positions and basic beam information so my local engineer can cross-check loads. Plumbing and electrical sheets need clear legends and circuit separation. Where possible, optimise natural light on the longer north–south façades and give me shaded balconies or projections to handle heat gain.
Deliverables (PDF + original CAD/Revit/SketchUp files)
1. Dimensioned 2D floor plans, elevations, sections
2. Structural framing layout with footing details
3. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC schematics
4. At least three rendered exterior perspectives and one interior render of the living zone
5. Short walkthrough or orbit animation (30–60 sec) showing massing and material palette
Acceptance criteria
• All rooms and amenities listed above are present and meet the stated dimensions.
• East entry is prominent; staircase placement keeps the centre of the plan open.
• Files open cleanly in AutoCAD 2018 (or later) and one mainstream 3D format (SKP or RVT).
• Drawings align on a common reference grid and carry consistent layer naming.
