Dual-Temperature Cup 3D Design

Job ID: 39779746

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

The task is to translate my concept for a split-temperature beverage cup into a factory-ready 3D model. The cup must hold 300 ml of hot liquid and 70 ml of cold liquid in two completely isolated chambers, achieved with a double-inner construction that prevents any thermal crossover.

Exterior styling needs to feel modern and elegant while staying slim enough to drop straight into a standard car cup holder. The lid must seat firmly, with separate drink openings for each chamber. My brand logo should be easy to read at a glance—exact placement is flexible as long as it remains prominent.

Because this design will go straight to manufacturing, I’ll need:

• A detailed 3D model (STEP or IGES preferred; native SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar also fine)
• Exploded views and cross-sections illustrating the thermal separation, lid mechanism, and gasket details
• Simple photorealistic renders that show material, colour, and logo placement for marketing previews
• A drawing pack with key dimensions, tolerances, and recommended wall thicknesses ready to hand to the factory

Materials, surface finishes (matte, glossy, textured), and exact logo positioning were left open, so feel free to propose what works best for durability, hygiene, and aesthetics.

The final files should drop into a manufacturer’s workflow without modification.
