Double-Storey Extension 3D Renders
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m adding a double-storey extension to my house and need a complete set of 3D drawings and photorealistic renders that capture both exterior massing and key interior spaces. I’ll provide existing plans and new floorplan, photos, list of materials and any measurements you require; you’ll turn them into a clean, accurate model and a series of high-quality visuals I can share with my architect/draftsman.
The whole package must be ready within 3 weeks. Please include links to comparable residential work you’ve produced—seeing how you handle materials, lighting and realistic context will help me pick the right fit.
I’m comfortable with whichever tool you prefer (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, etc.) as long as the final files are easy for my design team to open and tweak.
Deliverables:
• Fully editable 3D model of the extended house
• 4–6 exterior renders showing different angles, lighting and material options
• 2–3 interior renders that illustrate spatial flow between old and new areas
• Source files and high-resolution JPEG/PNG outputs
All intellectual property transfers to me upon final payment. If you can meet the timeline and have residential examples to prove it, I’m ready to get started right away.
