Doctor’s Office Interior Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m planning a full interior refresh for Traumatologists medical practice and need detailed drawings plus photorealistic 3-D renders that I can hand straight to the contractor. The scope covers the waiting room, 2 consultation room, 2 exploration room and all patient restrooms.
My goals are clear: elevate patient comfort, give the space a crisp modern feel, and make daily staff movement smoother. I don’t have a rigid theme pinned down yet elegant and “stylish” is the guiding word—so I’m open to your creative direction as long as it supports those three objectives.
To keep the build on schedule I’ll need, at minimum:
• Dimensioned floor plans with furniture and equipment layouts
• Reflected ceiling plans showing lighting concepts
• Two mood boards that capture colours, textures, and finishes
• High-resolution renders for every area noted above (daytime and evening lighting)
• A concise material/spec sheet so ordering is straightforward
Once the concept set is approved, I’ll also want one revision round to fine-tune details before final sign-off. CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools are all fine; just provide the source files alongside print-ready PDFs.
