Digital Conference Poster Design

I need a set of eye-catching e-posters that will be shown on large teaching smart boards during our upcoming conference. it contains with some 3D geological shapes and some photos in the sign of location tag, also need to have small texts. The content is purely conference information, so the layout has to guide attendees quickly to key details while staying within the visual identity I will share (official colours, fonts, and logo kit). Photographs or illustrations should be woven into the design to add energy, but please avoid animation altogether—these will display as static slides.

Here are the technical requirements you must follow to the letter:

• Aspect ratio 16 : 9 on a 3840 × 2160 px canvas (RGB, 150–200 ppi)
• Main text no smaller than 36–40 pt for clear readability at room distance
• Final file delivered as a single-page PDF (preferred) or PNG image
• File name format: ISymRu2025_EPoster_[Track]_[SurnameInitials].pdf

I will send you the brand guidelines as soon as we start so you can apply the correct colour palette and logo usage. Once the design is approved, simply reply to the Secretariat’s request email with the finished file at least five days before the conference.
