3D Diagram - How Victory VCI Works

Hey there! I am looking to have a 3D diagram created that demonstrates how Victory VCI works. I am looking for someone with great 3D modeling skills to create a basic still image that will clearly convey the diagrams information. This image will demonstrate a good level of detail, but should be designed with simplicity in mind. The ideal applicant should have knowledge of 3D modeling, computer graphics, and CAD.
