Detailed 3D Printable Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have complete reference plans and photos for a multi-storey building and now need a single, print-ready 3D file set that captures everything inside and out. The exterior must be highly detailed with all architectural features—cornices, window trims, façade textures, even signage where visible. Inside, every numbered room needs fully modelled, highly realistic furniture so that when the shell is removed the interior reads like a miniature showroom.
Along the front and sides I only need a partial street section that highlights the key features we’ll agree on (pavement, kerb, a strip of road, maybe a streetlamp or two). No generic scenery beyond that slice; the focus has to stay on the building itself.
Deliverables
• Watertight, manifold STL (or OBJ if you prefer) for each major component: base with street, ground floor, upper floors, roof
• All parts scaled to fit the build volume of a common desktop printer (I’ll confirm dimensions)
• Separate, clearly named layers or groups for furniture, walls, façade details, and street items for easy slicing
• Proof images or turntable video before final export so we can spot issues early
Clean topology is essential—no non-manifold edges, inverted normals or hidden geometry that might break a print. If you build in Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Fusion 360 or similar, that’s fine as long as the export is flawless.
Once we agree on the first milestone, I’ll share CAD plans, elevations and interior references. Let me know your preferred modelling software and any questions about scale or printer tolerances, and we can lock in the workflow right away.
