Detailed 3D Modeling for 3d Printing

Project Description:

I need a highly detailed 3D model of the person shown in the attached reference image. The model must accurately match the pose, proportions, clothing, and equipment exactly as shown. The person is wearing a protective suit with harness, gloves, boots, hood, and holding a rope, and all these details must be clearly modeled.
This 3D model will be used for PLA 3D printing to create a display figurine, so the mesh must be clean, watertight, and ready for 3D printing without errors. Surface details such as folds in clothing, straps, harness structure, gloves, boots, and facial features should be well-defined and realistic.

Requirements:
Full body 3D model based on the reference image
Accurate pose and proportions
High level of detail suitable for close-up display
Clean topology, watertight mesh, no holes or mesh errors
Optimized for resin 3D printing
Deliverables:
STL file (mandatory, for 3D printing)
OBJ or STEP file (for editing)
