Detailed 3D Luxury Interior Design for My Flat (Design-Only)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced 3D interior designer who can create a luxurious, detailed 3D design for my flat.
This project is design-only — I will get the work executed by a local carpenter after the designs are finalized.
Requirements:
• Full 3D interior design of my flat (all rooms).
• High-detail modeling for every corner and furniture item.
• Modular kitchen design where each cabinet/item is openable (functional in 3D view).
• Luxurious theme with elegant wall highlights, wall beadings/mouldings, lighting accents, and premium finishes.
Design should include:
• Living room
• 3 Bedrooms
• Kitchen
• Bathrooms
• Dining area
• Balcony
• Study desk
• Shoe rack with front elevation
• Utility
• Include wall color combinations, lighting placements, and flooring suggestions.
• 3D renders + working drawings (with dimensions) so my carpenter can execute locally.
• Output files preferred: JPG/PNG renders + CAD/DWG/PDF working drawings.
Deliverables:
• 3D renders (multiple angles for each room)
• 2D floor plan and furniture layout
• Material, color, and lighting suggestions
• walkthrough
• 3 - 4 rounds of revisions
Design Style Preference:
• Modern Luxury with elegant lighting, golden or soft metallic touches, pastel or warm tones, and creative wall designs (highlighters & beadings).
• Each wall should have something unique that makes it stand out.
What to include in your bid:
• Portfolio or sample 3D interiors you’ve done
• Time required for project completion
• Price quote for full flat design
• Number of revisions offered
• Software used (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.)
I will share:
• My flat floor plan with dimensions
• Photos or references of interiors I like
• Room-wise requirements once the designer is chosen
