Detailed Design Plan with Elevations

I need a comprehensive design plan with both 2D and 3D elevations for the following spaces:

- 1 Laundry
- 2 Ensuites
- 1 Bathroom
- 2 Toilets

I already have the plans with room sizes.

Preference for materials includes tiles and wood.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating detailed architectural designs
- Experience with both 2D and 3D elevation rendering
- Strong knowledge of tile and wood materials
- Ability to work from existing plans and specifications
