Job Title:
3D Layout & 2D Top-View Design for Outdoor Fan Zone (Event Management Project)

Job Description:
We are an event management company planning to organize an outdoor Fan Zone activation. We are looking for a designer to create a professional 3D layout design along with a 2D top-view plan of the setup.

Project Details:

Dimensions: Approx. 20m x 10m

Reference: A draft design will be provided as a base concept

Task: Recreate the design in a more professional, polished, and visually appealing way, suitable for both client presentation and internal planning

Variations Required: We will need 2–3 versions of the design with minor adjustments (e.g., replacing or removing some items/activations)

Purpose:

3D Layout: To showcase the Fan Zone concept to clients in a visually attractive and branded way

2D Top-View Plan: To guide our team and movers during setup and logistics

Deliverables:

3D Layout Designs: 2–3 variations with high-quality presentation renders

2D Top-View Plan: For setup and operational logistics

Source Files: (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent)

Skills Required:

3D Design and Visualization

2D Event/Exhibition Layout Planning

Experience in event or exhibition booth designs

Creativity and attention to detail
