Mechanical CAD Designer Needed for Volleyball Rotation Tracking Device (Clamp + Tile Module)

I am developing a volleyball rotation tracking device that mounts to a referee stand or net pole. I need a professional mechanical CAD designer to create a clean, accurate, 3D‑printable prototype consisting of two main components:

Adjustable Clamp (printed separately)

2×3 Tile Module (printed separately)

Rotating Discs (printed separately)

All parts must be designed for FDM 3D printing (Bambu Lab), with correct tolerances for PLA/PETG.

This is a work‑for‑hire project. I retain full ownership of all CAD and STL files.

⭐ PART 1 — Adjustable Clamp (Printed Separately)
The clamp attaches to a round volleyball pole or referee stand.

Requirements:
Fits 40–50 mm diameter poles

Curved inner surface for stable grip

Tightening screw block OR strap channel

Snap‑fit receiver slots on the front to accept the tile module

Release notch for easy removal

Strong geometry suitable for PETG/ABS

Minimal supports (only for tightening block if needed)

⭐ PART 2 — Tile Module (Printed Separately)
A single piece containing six tile housings arranged in a 2×3 layout.

Requirements:
Backing plate printed as one unified part

Integrated snap‑fit tabs that lock into the clamp

Alignment pins

Tile housings sized for rotating discs

Central pivot post in each tile housing

Backing plate thickness: 4 mm

Clearance for rotating discs: 0.3–0.4 mm

Designed for PLA/PETG

No supports required

⭐ PART 3 — Rotating Discs (Printed Separately)
These discs rotate independently inside each tile housing.

Outer Disc:
Diameter: 50 mm

Thickness: 3 mm

Raised rim (1.2 mm)

Finger notch

Dry‑erase friendly surface

Detent bumps for rotation alignment

Inner Disc:
Diameter: 30 mm

Thickness: 2.5 mm

Independent rotation

Same tolerances as outer disc
