Design Small Tucson Fiberglass Pool

I need a practical yet attractive design for a small rectangular inground pool at my Tucson, Arizona residence. I’ve chosen a fiberglass shell, so the plan must take factory-made dimensions, delivery access, and set-in-place requirements into account.

What I’m looking for:
• A site-specific layout that shows the pool’s exact position in the yard, required setbacks, and orientation to maximize sun while respecting Tucson’s zoning rules.
• A scaled plan or CAD drawing (Pool Studio, AutoCAD, or similar) that includes excavation outline, plumbing trenches, equipment pad location, and electrical stub-outs.
• A short equipment list covering pump, filter, and recommended heater or chiller options suitable for our desert climate.
• Basic section and elevation views indicating finished waterline, coping detail, and the transition from shell to surrounding deck.

I’m open to your professional suggestions on decking materials, lighting, or a simple water feature if it fits smoothly into the concept. Please base drainage considerations on Tucson’s monsoon season runoff patterns.
