Design Luxe Wellness Landscape Retreat
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My partner and I are developing a boutique wellness capsule concept that we plan to realize on the island of Crete.
We are currently looking for a wellness-focused landscape architect or designer who can first create a strong, generic concept design for this oasis — independent of a final land plot, but adaptable later to a panoramic sea-view or nature-view location.
The Vision
We want to create a small but very special sanctuary in nature — grounding, romantic, minimalistic, modern, yet warm and slightly boho-inspired.
The atmosphere should feel intentional, aesthetic, calm, and deeply restorative.
The concept includes:
• One high-end capsule home as the main living/sleeping unit
• A beautifully designed garden oasis surrounding it
• A winter/summer glass garden connected to a cozy lounge living area
• A terrace with soft, inviting chill corners and indirect warm lighting
• A uniquely designed pool (elegant, possibly with subtle color/light mood concepts)
• Outdoor jacuzzi
• Sauna (natural wood, clean design language)
• Ice bath
• Yoga / functional training deck integrated into nature
• Small vegetable garden and selected fruit trees
• Outdoor fireplace area
• Grill area
• Soft pathways, hidden lighting elements, romantic evening atmosphere
• Full harmony with panoramic sea view or wide open nature views
Design Direction
The overall style should be:
• Boho
• Minimalistic
• Modern
• Cozy
• Romantic
• Not overloaded — but refined and intentional
This space should allow people to:
• Realign
• Relax

What We’re Looking For
• A concept masterplan layout
• Mood and style direction
• Smart spatial organization
• Realistic scope suggestions
• Phasing ideas (if necessary)
We are currently searching for land (ideally elevated with panoramic views), so the concept must be adaptable.
Our budget is limited, so the design needs to be efficient and realistic — but we are very open to creative ideas and intelligent solutions.
