Design Four Identical Motel-Style Rooms

I need a designer to create four identical sleeping and resting rooms in a 20’x60’ building. Each room should have a bedroom and bathroom, similar to a motel room.

Room Requirements:
- Modern, Traditional, or Minimalist style (user preference not provided)
- Primary function: Sleeping and resting
- Furniture: Queen bed and bedside tables

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Interior design expertise
- Experience with space optimization in small areas
- Ability to work with specified styles and create cohesive designs
