Design 3D Enclosure for Wearable Device
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Description:
I’m building a wearable mindfulness device. I need a 3D enclosure design (STL + STEP) that can be 3D printed in resin and houses my electronics.
Requirements
Size: Approximately 45 × 35 × 15 mm
Bottom: Open window for MAX30102 heart-rate sensor (touching the skin)
Top (inside): Space for ThinkRobotics vibration motor module (23.5 × 21 × 8 mm)
Left side: Cutout for USB-C port (Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C3 MCU)
Right side: Opening for a small tactile button
Fastening: M2 screw holes (lid + base)
Straps: Two 22 mm strap slots, compatible with standard watch straps
Assembly: Components will be resin-secured (no mounts needed)
Aesthetic: Smooth, rounded edges, ergonomic, minimalistic (similar to fitness bands)
Output: Editable CAD (STEP) + printable STL files
