Project Title: Beauty Salon Floor Plan and 3D Render

Hello,

I am opening a beauty salon and I need a professional architectural floor plan and a 3D render for the interior layout.

Project details:

• Space size: 18 feet wide x 80 feet long
• Entrance door: centered at the front
• At the back right side there are two bathrooms that cannot be moved
• In front of the bathrooms there is a kitchen area that also cannot be moved

The design should include the following areas:

• Reception and waiting area
• Photo / social media wall
• 3 hairstylist stations
• 3 shampoo bowls (hair wash area)
• Head spa area
• 2 manicure tables
• 2 pedicure chairs
• Facial spa area
• Eyebrow spa area
• Eyelash spa area
• Body spa / massage room
• Storage area

What I need from you:

• Professional floor plan with measurements
• Furniture layout
• Basic electrical and plumbing suggestions if possible
• 3D render of the interior design
