DRAW THIS FLAT (AND THE STAIRCASE) USING THE ORIGINAL DRAWING AND ENHANCING FEW CHANGES

I would like this flat to be drawn again enhancing the changes that have been made using my notes. The changes, highlighted with yellow marker, are few and they are for e.g. at the balcony where the new width in one side is 2.00m (however I want the old position to be shown as well with a dashed line), a wall with its balcony door moved (however I want the old position to be shown as well with a dashed line), a couple of balcony doors slightly changed in their width and position, a wall Γ (0.78x 1.13m) with a door added and a fire place added in the living room. I would like to have the orginal dimensions on the new drawing only if they have been checked by me with a tick, otherwise and if I have noted new dimensions then I would these ones to be shown on the new drawing. That's all. The price I would like to be the least possible (and surely less than the minimum range shown by default) and to be finished the quicker possible. It is very simple and easy and I think. if I had to draw it, it would take me an hour max, however I am very short of time available at the moment that's why I uploaded it here. Thank you very much.
