DIY Intraoral scanner

Job ID: 39600882

Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR

I am currently working on a DIY project to build a compact intraoral 3D scanner for dental applications. The hardware setup includes a 3D depth sensor (PMD Flexx2), integrated with LED lighting and anti-fogging features. I now need expert assistance to synchronize the hardware with scanning software, ideally using the Royale SDK or an equivalent platform.

The key areas where your expertise is needed include:

Connecting the depth sensor to a laptop via USB

Installing and configuring the Royale SDK (or compatible software)

Writing bridge code (likely in C++ or Python) to extract and visualize 3D scan data

Assisting with integration into a basic point cloud or mesh visualization workflow

If you have experience in depth sensing, embedded systems, 3D imaging, or real-time sensor integration, I would love to collaborate. This can be taken up as a freelance project, with compensation based on the scope and milestones we define together.

Please let me know if you’re interested, along with your availability and fee structure. I’d be happy to share more technical details and discuss how we can proceed.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Warm regards,
