Cyberpunk Arasaka Tower FiveM Build
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Create a fully explorable Arasaka Tower for my FiveM server, faithful to the Cyberpunk 2077 aesthetic yet light enough to keep frame-rates high. The project covers both the exterior silhouette and every interior floor I list below, delivered as a ready-to-stream dlcpack and accompanied by the editable source files so I can tweak textures or layouts later.
Interior spaces to include
• Lobby
• Offices
• Recreational areas
Neon features to weave into the architecture
• Neon signs
• Neon lights integrated into structures
• Neon art installations
The inside should feel alive with detailed decorations—think believable furniture, corporate branding, ambient props and atmospheric lighting—without pushing poly counts into the red. Optimisation for low ms draw calls is critical, so instancing, proper LODs and clean collision meshes are expected from the outset.
Please build with tools you’re comfortable exporting to FiveM (Blender, 3ds Max, CodeWalker, etc.) and supply:
• The compiled dlcpack ready to drop into “resources”
• All source files (blend/max, textures, materials, bake maps) neatly organised
• A brief read-me noting any custom shaders or scripts used
I will test performance in a live server; successful delivery meets consistent >60 FPS on typical mid-range hardware and correct streaming with no missing textures or collisions. Let me know your workflow and estimated timeline so we can lock the first milestone and bring Night City’s skyline to life in GTA V.
