Customizable 3D-Printed Soccer Shirt Display
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Concept
The model represents the back of a football (soccer) shirt, mounted on a base plate, and displayed inside a frame.
The key idea is full customization for personalized products.
Functional requirements
1. File format
Preferred: 3MF (important, because it supports colors and separate parts)
Alternative: STL, split into logical, well-organized parts
Must be 3D-printable (FDM-friendly)
2. Base plate
The football shirt should be mounted on a flat base plate
The base plate must be:
Color-editable
The plate acts as the background behind the shirt
3. Frame
Multiple frame designs (minimum 2–3 styles)
Frame must be a separate, swappable part
Easy to change frame color
Default inner frame size:
180 mm × 130 mm
This size is a starting point, but the model must be:
Easily scalable while keeping correct proportions
Back side of the frame must include a cut-out or mounting feature:
Designed for easy wall hanging
Compatible with common screws or nails
Cleanly integrated into the frame design
4. Football shirt (back side)
Stylized back of a football jersey
Includes:
Player name (editable text)
Jersey number (editable)
Name and number should be:
Separate meshes OR
Clearly editable text elements
5. Additional text (above and below the shirt)
Ability to add custom text above and below the shirt
Examples:
Name
Year (e.g. 2024)
Team name
Short message
Text must be:
Separate meshes
Easy to edit or replace
Multiple font styles
6. Customization summary
The model must allow:
Changing shirt color
Changing base plate color
Changing frame color
Editing name text
Editing number
Editing top and bottom text
Swapping between frame designs
Scaling the model while keeping correct proportions
7. Print considerations
Designed for clean 3D printing
Minimal overhangs
Suitable wall thickness
Optimized for multi-color printing or slicer-based color changes
Frame cut-out must be printable without complex supports
Deliverables
Final 3MF file(s) (preferred) or STL files
All parts clearly named (frame, base plate, shirt, name, number, top text, bottom text)
One example configuration (e.g. “SMITH 10 – 2024”)
Short explanation of customization workflow
Target use
The model will be used for personalized 3D printed products, so modularity, flexibility, and clean geometry are essential.
Please include:
Examples of relevant 3D design work
Confirmation that the model is original and approved for commercial use
