Custom White Plastic Outlet table top Inlay for power strip

I need help designing an inlay for the power adapter below.
I have 20 of them installed in tables in my office, but the hole in the table they go into has a gap of 1/2 inch to 1 inch at the top.
So I need a sleeve that the power strip can go into, and into the table hole first, that extends an inch past the top, that the power adapter can slide into. I want it to go under the sides, but not stick out, so I can screw through it into the table to hold both in place.
