My wedding vision centres on a show-stopping ceremony backdrop that frames our vows and instantly sets the mood for the entire day. I haven’t locked in a theme or palette yet; instead, I want your creative direction to shape the style and then ripple that aesthetic through any other décor elements you think will elevate the event.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A mood board that captures colours, textures, and overall vibe
• Scaled sketches or 3D renders of the backdrop so we can visualise it within the venue’s dimensions
• A concise material list with quantities and fabrication notes to hand off to the decorator or builder
• One revision round after initial feedback
Preferred file formats: high-res PDF for sign-off, plus the editable source (AI, PSD, or Sketch). If you model in 3D, SketchUp, Blender, or similar formats are fine.
Timeline: first concept within a week of project start and final design two weeks later. I’ll supply venue measurements and be available daily for feedback to keep things moving smoothly.
