Custom Stainless Threaded Inserts
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need 1000 precision-machined threaded inserts. The inserts must have 1/4-20 UNC internal threads.
Scope
• Create or refine the CAD model for the insert.
• Provide a STEP file plus a fully dimensioned drawing with tolerances.
• Produce a small prototype run so I can test fit and torque performance before we move to larger quantities.
Please have access to a CNC lathe (or mill-turn) capable of holding tight tolerances on small parts, and be comfortable working with stainless grades such as 304.

– Your typical lead time for the first 100 pieces.
– Any previous parts you’ve cut with similar internal threads.
