I'm looking for an experienced lure designer to create a soft plastic fishing lure.

Requirements:
- Type: Soft plastic lure
- Target Species: Open to various species
- Size: Open to various sizes

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in soft plastic lure design
- Knowledge of different fish species and their preferences
- Creativity in developing unique and effective lure shapes and colours
- Proficiency in using design software and creating prototypes
needs to be able to be made into an open poor mould so a flat top bait
