Custom Mobile POS 3D Case Design

Project: 3D Case Design — Samsung A16 + Clover Go 3 Combo Mobile POS

We're building a custom protective case that securely holds a Samsung Galaxy A16 smartphone and a Clover Go 3 card reader together as a single mobile point-of-sale unit. Looking for a 3D designer to deliver production-ready CAD files.

Scope of work:
- Design a single-piece (or two-piece snap-fit) case that houses both devices in a fixed, ergonomic orientation
- Phone slot: precise cutouts for the A16's camera, charging port (USB-C), volume/power buttons, and speaker
- Card reader slot: secure mount for the Clover Go 3 with full access to the card swipe/tap/insert surface and its charging port
- Optional: integrated lanyard loop or hand strap mount on the rear
- Material intent: TPU + PC composite (flexible edges, rigid back) for injection molding; design should also be 3D-printable in PLA/PETG for prototyping

Deliverables:
- Editable CAD source (STEP, F3D, or native Fusion 360 / SolidWorks file)
- STL files for 3D-printed prototyping
- 2D technical drawings with all critical dimensions and tolerances
- Rendered preview images from multiple angles

Requirements:
- Tolerances suitable for production manufacturing (±0.1 mm)
- Wall thickness optimized for both durability and cost
- Clean, minimal aesthetic — we'll share brand reference imagery on selection
- Designer must confirm fit with actual device dimensions (we can ship samples or share verified spec sheets)
