Custom Indoor/Outdoor Neon Sign

I’m looking for a specialist who can take my idea and turn it into a small (no more than 2-foot) neon sign in a completely custom shape. The sign will spend time both inside and outside, so the build has to handle occasional exposure to weather without losing brightness or color accuracy.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A concept sketch or mock-up of the shape so I can confirm proportions and overall look
• Production of the actual neon (traditional tube or LED-flex—whichever you believe lasts longest outdoors while still giving that classic glow)
• A simple mounting solution and basic instructions that let me swap the sign between indoor displays and protected outdoor spots
